1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phjl33 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the phjl33 website located at https://phjl33.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the phjl33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

phjl33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the phjl33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online casino and gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager or accessing any gaming service.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjl33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous phjl33 account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phjl33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of phjl33 services, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to your account:

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active phjl33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjl33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phjl33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phjl33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phjl33 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjl33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the phjl33 Platform.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the phjl33 cashier page at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. phjl33 aims to process GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond phjl33's control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phjl33 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phjl33 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phjl33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. phjl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account, subject to the applicable specific terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the phjl33 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by phjl33 staff and are not subject to manipulation.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, phjl33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. The decision of phjl33 in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with phjl33 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. phjl33's decision on all game disputes is final and binding.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phjl33 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjl33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to phjl33 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phjl33 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phjl33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

phjl33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests may be submitted at any time by contacting phjl33 customer support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, phjl33 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the elected period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjl33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phjl33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phjl33.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. phjl33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjl33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phjl33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. phjl33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjl33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Losses. phjl33 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

phjl33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjl33 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phjl33 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phjl33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phjl33 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phjl33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
